a small difference

Just a thought- As a trainer, I don't go out and about, finding horses who need me and starting to train. I have to wait until the owner brings them to me. If you have a problem horse, you have to take the step and take the horse to the trainer in order to address the problem. The trainer can only help if the horse is brought to him.
However, if we are the problem- a problem life, even one of unbelief- we have a gracious and loving God who will pursue us and teach us before we even know Him.
Lesson? Even if the Trainer hasn't drawn us in yet, all of us are already within His reach. He wants us to reach out to Him, to allow Him to help, but He is already there. Speaking. Calling. Preparing us to know Him, or know Him better.
"Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him, and will dine with him, and he with Me,"
Revelation 3:20
